absolutely disapointing, I expected a warm welcome. Instead, I found dirty curtains and walls so thin that I shared a 'lovely' conversation through my wall. The staff must be overwhelmed, considering they don't even offer upgrades to embarrassed returning guests. I almost gave a good review, just couldn’t! This was a total letdown, really.

I also found the check-in process a bit confusing, especially since I arrived late at night and had to look around the back to find an entrance. the hot water in the shower was inconsistent at times after a long day of travel.
